You have to provide all your medical history back to day you were born, and if your using a CPAP machine the data has to be pulled by the sleep doctor and provided to the AME. The AME sends all that into the FAA takes 6 months you get a SI provided you don't have any other issues like high BMI then you can keep getting the SI issues by the AME directly. What ever other issue you have that might DQ you also. I would advise you to pay an AME for a screening so they can review your medical history check and see if you can pass before going though all the trouble.
