Hi and thanks for the great video, I have just purchased a couple of these for my bedroom, I was hoping to switch them on and off through Alexa using a USB PSU with a Broadlink relay, but because they are battery powered they can only be switched off by the switch on the back. I could leave them on but it's not very green, the whole point of a smart home is that its greener as well as convenient, plus they are pretty bright so not so good when you're trying to sleep. And so I was thinking about removing the battery and just powering them by PSU, but I am not sure that the USB PSU could deliver the current required to drive them. When you opened your one did you note if the USB was just a charger input for the battery? Or do you think they will work on just PSU? .The other way around it is to fit a wireless relay to each speaker to replace the on off switch, but the relays need 12v and I am trying to avoid too many cables. Hi there ... 1 question ... is the back speaker passive or solid? (it moves when the active frontal speakers move to create a better base like on the Edifier Luna Eclipse or is just a scam back speaker?)

The "subwoofer" is passive. It seems to have 2 passive radiators(front and back) and 2 20w 4ohm active speakers. The passive radiator is a good compromise between the loudness but imprecision of bass reflex and the quieter but clearer sealed enclosures
