    Can I ask what temp to cook this in an oven? For a thin crust? Also will this dough be chewy when baked? I like the soft chewy thin dough bases and not hard

    • @PYsKitchen
      @PYsKitchen  Год назад +12

      When I make this pizza dough I usually cook mine at 425F for 25 min for a thick soft chewy crust. You can roll yours thinner and cook it shorter. You'll have to keep an eye on it to see when it's ready. You can also lower the temperature if the crust gets too crispy 😊

      Always bake pizza in as high temperature as possible. For a softer crust only use Top-Down heating, i.e. do not use a Stone. You also want to add extra oil to your pizza as only the water will burn away.

    I used your recipe to make a pizza. I didn't use sugar. After I made the pizza dough and baked it in the oven it made me forget buying takeaway pizza or Domino's and Pizza Hut from now on. Your recipe was easy to follow and turned out better than expected. I was worried when I rolled the dough thinly I thought the pizza would be flat. But it thickened after it baked. Awesome recipe and thank you 😊
