  • Using your body weight with Suspension training is a great way to train flexibility, mobility, range of motion, strength and endurance without the stress from weight training. Suspension training allows you to work at your own pace and the ability to modify any exercise at any point to a level you are comfortable with. Suspension Training allows you to easily move your body position to increase or decrease the load on your body at any time.
    Weight training is still a great workout option and Suspension Training can be a great addition or alternative. The key is for Seniors mainly starting around 50 to either get back in shape or continue to improve your fitness level.
    My mission is to encourage anyone entering the senior age group to get back in shape or improve your current fitness level. You can do more than you think but we all need to get moving.
    While lifting weight is a good option many are not ready or may never need to lift weights again.
