What we've needed for a long time - a striker who is quality back up, can make a genuine difference off the bench, who can come in for cup games and not only push the no.9 to keep him honest, but potentially take the starting spot from him and hold on to it. 100% yes.
I've always like Hložek. I think he has a ton of potential and could be very successful with West Ham if given the chance. Give me more U23 wonderkids!
@@scottbarnard4659 so many players scored goals against us it's hard to remember who. And it's not exactly an achievement to score against us either mate
@@willdoyle6952 they have good strikers already. The fact he comes on as a impact sub and still makes a difference is a good sign. I think he's a good player. The way Xavi Alonso uses him gets the best out of him.
At 21 he should be entering his peak level. I also belive he can further improve a bit but to improve dramatically (as his expected potential was much higher that his actual performance) he needs a proper coach, not just a manager. Xavi sells him as he does not see future in him. He needs a coach who can see that future in him otherwise he will not show much more than he already has. That´s a question for his agent. For West Ham...absolutely ok player. A fighter. Physically and mentally stable. @@jayhag5481 By peak I mean a longer phase. Some 10 yrs maybe. He is entering his top potential phase, if he is to fulfill the above average expectations from him (top europian player) this is the time for him to start showing top performances or stay just average. Still a solid player. Can be better a lot (goalscorer) but will not underperform in terms of work at the pitch. Good deal for West Ham if they strike the deal, my opinion.
Hlozek & En Nesyri for less than £30m would be give us solid options up front. Think Hlozek will develop into a very useful striker but needs minutes if he’s to develop.
@@damiandamico4715neither of them are average. What I assume you mean is you want an expensive “name” like we’ve tried several times over the last 7/8yrs rather than buying someone who fits the system (like En Nesyri or Hlozek).
@@damiandamico4715 this guy's literally getting a goal involvement every 90 mins that's really good. Plus he is young. He scored against us in the quarter finals so he can do it on a big night. He seems good but can see why he's behind Victor Boniface
@@damiandamico4715 He's still young I would prefer Boniface but I'm sure whoever is on Tim list will be a top player. I'm really not feeling this Max Kilman deal. It seems so much for a average CB.

100% yes.
He sounds like a good squad player so buy him if he's only £12m
Yes, not as main striker
Absolutely! I would love to see him added to the squad. Especially for that price.
Love him. Sign him op!

Great prospect still, plenty of Europe experience at 21 AND worked for Alonso. Great young back up for £12m
He's been to a few different leagues now and has not made any impact so far. I doubt he is premier league level

Why hasn't a big club come and snapped him up?

12m could be a bargain. Got some very good players ahead of him at Leverkusen.
IMO he’s a back-up.

21 is not peak for a striker in the slightest

For reference that’s more or less the same amount of minutes Benrahma had before he left on loan…and 10x the output
Go after the Canadian striker, anybody faster than Ings 😀
