At a media convergence at Blackstone's Bar and Grill in Flint, Mark Farner shows hometown pride in announcing an up-coming concert in this Summer in Flint.
In Mark's speech he mentions he's had the dream of playing Atwood Stadium in Flint ever since Grand Funk hit big in 1969!
Well, on August 15th of this year, 40 Years Funkin' later... he realizes this dream and plays Flint Town's Atwood Stadium with his band "NrG"
