We need to be choosy in such a way atleast some of the food stuff trigger alkalinity too, like Dhal, Curd, butter milk, ghee, coconut gratings/chutney, Aappam & coconut mik, idly, rice items, Raaghi Dosa with chutney, simple Puri Kizhanghu etc.
