two things I'd like to point out...(1) we didn't see what Casey saw as the guy was approaching. therefore, to assume Casey aggressively overreacted is presumptuous. in fact, if you pay close attention to Casey at 7:05, he hesitates before taking action. I'm sure he was trying to assess where the guy was going and if he had turned off the sidewalk, Casey probably wouldn't have said much. Casey acted assertively - not aggressively. there's a difference between the two. (2) take note of how close the guy came to Owen at 7:09. if he was going faster, he may have seriously hurt Owen.
