My pad will not turn back on for hours if shut off automatically.
That doesn’t sound right. I would contact the manufacturer.
I do like these pads. However, I have to constantly replace these after a few months to a year. Maybe bc I use it everyday, but still. I’m currently looking for another brand that last longer.
We don’t use them as often as that, maybe that’s why they are still working for us? Good observation.
