The devil can't give or take life. It is Written to pray to be found worthy to escape all that is coming. That tells me that some pass because they're being allowed that escape. Yah determines our days, He numbered them.
The devil can only do what God allows him to do.

He said you are the last person that could tell the people at you job about eternal life. I stood in a huddle meeting of about 20 or 30 of us . And I wanted to say something to them all but I did not. I did not have the words to give. And it made me feel bad because I say that I am a Christian. But then I realized that it is not my words that they needed to hear. It is the Holy Spirit that will give the words to give to them. It is not us that speak but it is God who speaks through us. I’m sorry Lord Jesus. Please pray that I have the wisdom , strength , courage and words to give to them when I stand before everyone again. This is from my experience: Get back in that Bible. That old serpent attacks the will to read Father’s Word and prayer really hard, because together they are so powerful. Cut out worldly things from entering your eyes and ears. Most music, movies, shows, books, even commercials are so worldly. Be careful who you’re hanging around. When you replace those things with His Word, your prayers start becoming much more powerful again. Pray/talk to Him whenever you can. Listen (watch) sermons from great pastors like Carter Colon, David Wilkerson, Charles Stanley, Adrian Rogers etc. and listen to good Christian music if you need music.
Jesus talks about the great things that the church of Ephesus has done, but he warns them: “Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place-unless you repent.
We are never better than those times we live for Him with all our heart. Fight for Him and He’ll fight for you. I’ll be praying for you.
