Some of the questions like have been out of the country if you don't remember like exactly when or when they ask what other address before 5 years if you really don't remember. What can you do I those cases?

Do your best. Give months/years if you cannot remember the exact date; and street/city if you cannot remember the exact address

Hello! I have a question. My situation is we are here overseas (Germany) as my husband works here. And I am applying my citizenship through online and we will have to fly back to the states for our interview as far as I know. But I am not sure what to put to my N-400 about my address and phone as we don’t have permanent address in the US.
Another question about the US Senators, US Representative in your state? Is it okay to use my mother in law’s address?

This is a question for a lawyer because you may have problems meeting the minimum time of residence in the U.S. also, you may want to have your interview at the american consulate in Germany. If you husband is in the military, ask the legal service dept at his military base.

Most of the citizenship interview is based on the N-400--it is important to study and practice with a friend.

The Citizenship interview is based on the N-400 application for naturalization. The USCIS officer can ask you every question on the form plus definitions. I ask her many questions because I want her to be ready for any question that the officer asks.
