I think this could have two effects, the first being that Elder Guru unlocks his potential (and Krillin and Bulma's), and the second being that Nail asks Piccolo to train with him when he visits.
The potential unlock by Guru is hard to quantify, it only unlocks part of someone’s potential. Also, given that restriction it’s not clear if he can even unlock the potential of strong people since his power is nothing compared to that of Elder Kai’s.

I think a logical wish for Piccolo in this scenario would be to ask to have any dormant evil in his being be purged. Though we know he is good at this point (and it could ruin a good Majin Piccolo storyline later on), I'd think this Piccolo may still have some doubts about his/his father's past. Maybe I'm over thinking it though.

Yeah, and no one is. At the time the story was being written, Toriyama had no idea how many forms he was going to give to Frieza. In-universe, pretty much all the characters capable of sensing Ki knew that Frieza was holding back a fair bit of power, but all they had were guesses as to exactly how much. It's likely that nobody knew how powerful Frieza would actually get in his 100% form. That said, if Piccolo had fused with Kami instead of Nail, he likely could have gone toe-to-toe with Frieza at close to 50% of the latter's true power, as opposed to topping out halfway in-between the power of his 2nd and 3rd form.
If Piccolo gets his potential unlocked I don’t see Goku sitting on his ass with his family he wants to get stronger as well so he’d probably ask Bulma for a Gravity Machine or something once he does that he’d use the room of Spirit and Time to attempt to close the gap.
It really depends on a lot of things. For training, RoSaT is more likely, as gravity training was something Goku only discovered by visiting King Kai's planet, which he hasn't done here. As for motivation, while I do think you're right about Goku wanting to up his game and get to Piccolo's level, I think it might be hindered somewhat by the lack of rivalry between them. In this timeline, they're more like close brothers and there isn't the same competitive dynamic between them like there is between Goku and Vegeta, at least at this point in the story.
I think an option would be, yes Guru does unlock the potential, and Guru mentions that his days are numbered and Nail and Guru would fuse into him, sure it would be overpowered but it could be really interesting, and I’m not really sure about the wish because it’s against them to wish for strength or anything like that so I’m not really sure.
I'm going to mix some ideas I saw here. In my opnion Piccolo should use his wish to be able to unlock people's potential, just like Guru, and since he sees himself as Earth's New Guardian, having the others powering up would be beneficial to Earth's safety. And while there, I think Bulma should have her potential unlocked as well, not going to make that much difference in power, like a 10x boost, but would be a great deal to her inteligence, wich would be capable of creating a lot of new possibilities in the future, like beeing able to make one of the Z-Fighters an Android, Armors, Weapons and stuff like that.
Maybe since Guru knows he will pass away soon he offers to unlock everyone’s potential before offering to fuse with Piccolo to create an even stronger namekian warrior it could cause him to create even stronger dragon balls and gain even wiser by gaining Guru knowledge.
I think Guru would unlock there potentials and the third wish could be wishing to make his friends stronger or something kinda up in the air for that one

Piccolo (original) had amnesia and don't remember his origin or his parents. So I think he would wish for it. Or revive his parents of some sort. And yeah Guru will definitely unlocks Kamicolo and Krillin's potential since he does it with all who have a kind heart.
Guru amd nail stated that if piccolo never defused he would be greater than frieza and guru thought the only thing that coukd kill him was a super sayain and from the namek book of legends we know guru has some idea of that power. However, I believe you made a big mistake here at the beginning of the fight, Vegeta has a tracker measuring the Fighting Powers of the Z Warriors, and Piccolo even suppressing his power should have around 50,000 in base form, even with his power contained , Vegeta is not suicidal, seeing this power he could want to negotiate and would beg for his life, especially when Piccolo showed his real power. And the trackers were taking the information from the fight, which means that Piccolo's absurd power would be computed. Wow, Piccolo's power here must be on the same level as Freeza in his second form, that is, 1,000,000 Fighting Power. But, speaking of Freeza and remember that Earth was on the road to conquering his Empire, Goku (Kakarot) was not sent to Earth at random, the Planet had already been marked. Another, Vegeta, Nappa and even Raditz, this means that a team of scouts would be sent to Earth to investigate the situation. And to make matters worse, this absurd level of Piccolo's power would make Dr. Gero have to further expand his power. destructive of Android, even without the fight of Freeza and Trunks of the Future happen (or maybe the same fight would happen with different characters), that would make the danger even greater.
The scouters had a limit of how much power they could detect before being overloaded. Piccolo’s power would definitely overload Vegeta’s scouter. He’d know Piccolo is strong, but Vegeta wouldn’t know Piccolo’s stronger than even his Oozaru form.
I don't know what Piccolo would wish for, but I like to think that he would ask Bulma to leave without him. Yes, that would mean no Dragon Balls on Earth but if Dr. Brief handled the Saiyan pods and made ships like he usually does, I'd like to think they could come and go to Namek in a matter of days if they pleased. That way the Dragon team could gather the balls and bring them to Piccolo who was bettering himself as a guardian and warrior.
Sure, Guru will probably unlock his potential. As well as the potentials of the earthlings and saiyans with him. Hell, he should stay on Namek for a bit and study under Nail and Guru. Both so he can learn Namekian techniques (like the potential unlocking, for instance) as well as any Namekian Martial Arts and Ki Techniques. Goku would probably also stay for much the same purpose. As for any wishes... knowledge of potential threats to earth in the future... and knowledge of how to improve the Room of Spirit and Time.
In the manga, Guru says that if Piccolo had come to Namek in his united form, (fused with Kami), he would have been strong enough to beat Freiza. So the power gain isn't just about a multiplier, it also relates to the original strength of the Nameless Namekian.
Please make krillin train with king kai and then train with master roshi to learn the buff form (but less buff). plz do this as i gave this request in part 1 as well
I think Guru would sense the good in both Piccolo and Krillin so I don't see why they wouldn't get their potential unlocked. As for Piccolo's 3rd wish, maybe he'd wish for the ability to unlock other's potential as well just like Guru did for him in order to have more strong protectors of Earth. Sure that makes everyone OP for a while but if Gero still makes the Androids and Cell they'll eventually need that boost I think.

I actually have an interesting thought maybe piccolo should use the last wish for immortality think about it he wants to protect the Earth and make sure that there's always dragon balls to reverse damage the easiest way to do that would be to make himself immortal.
If Piccolo can't on his own, I would say to wish to improve the room of spirit and time. If he can, Piccolo should wish for a spaceship that can get to Namek even quicker. First; yes the Guru would unlock the POTTED HIDDEN of the three, Piccolo, Krillin and Bulma. Second; Piccolo would use the last wish to wish the THREE to return to Earth immediately or transfer the rest of the Z so that the Guru would release everyone's hidden power.
However, I believe you made a big mistake here at the beginning of the fight, Vegeta has a tracker measuring the Fighting Powers of the Z Warriors, and Piccolo even suppressing his power should have around 50,000 in base form, even with his power contained , Vegeta is not suicidal, seeing this power he could want to negotiate and would beg for his life, especially when Piccolo showed his real power. And the trackers were taking the information from the fight, which means that Piccolo's absurd power would be computed.
Wow, Piccolo's power here must be on the same level as Freeza in his second form, that is, 1,000,000 Fighting Power. But, speaking of Freeza and remember that Earth was on the road to conquering his Empire, Goku (Kakarot) was not sent to Earth at random, the Planet had already been marked. Another, Vegeta, Nappa and even Raditz, this means that a team of scouts would be sent to Earth to investigate the situation. And to make matters worse, this absurd level of Piccolo's power would make Dr. Gero have to further expand his power. destructive of Android, even without the fight of Freeza and Trunks of the Future happen (or maybe the same fight would happen with different characters), that would make the danger even greater.
The scouters had a limit of how much power they could detect before being overloaded. Piccolo’s power would definitely overload Vegeta’s scouter. He’d know Piccolo is strong, but Vegeta wouldn’t know Piccolo’s stronger than even his Oozaru form.
I don't know what Piccolo would wish for, but I like to think that he would ask Bulma to leave without him. Yes, that would mean no Dragon Balls on Earth but if Dr. Brief handled the Saiyan pods and made ships like he usually does, I'd like to think they could come and go to Namek in a matter of days if they pleased. That way the Dragon team could gather the balls and bring them to Piccolo who was bettering himself as a guardian and warrior.
I think he would wish for kami to be reborn without undoing the fusion

I think Piccollo will try to bring back Kami with the last wish while still keeping his power, along with Guru unlocking his and Krillin’s potential

Sure, Guru will probably unlock his potential. As well as the potentials of the earthlings and saiyans with him. Hell, he should stay on Namek for a bit and study under Nail and Guru.
Both so he can learn Namekian techniques (like the potential unlocking, for instance) as well as any Namekian Martial Arts and Ki Techniques. Goku would probably also stay for much the same purpose.
As for any wishes... knowledge of potential threats to earth in the future... and knowledge of how to improve the Room of Spirit and Time.
In the manga, Guru says that if Piccolo had come to Namek in his united form, (fused with Kami), he would have been strong enough to beat Freiza.
So the power gain isn't just about a multiplier, it also relates to the original strength of the Nameless Namekian.
Please make krillin train with king kai and then train with master roshi to learn the buff form (but less buff).

I think Guru would sense the good in both Piccolo and Krillin so I don't see why they wouldn't get their potential unlocked. As for Piccolo's 3rd wish, maybe he'd wish for the ability to unlock other's potential as well just like Guru did for him in order to have more strong protectors of Earth. Sure that makes everyone OP for a while but if Gero still makes the Androids and Cell they'll eventually need that boost I think.

I think the reasoning for the power boost is iffy with my main thought being Goku and Vegeta did go Super Saiyan to fight Android 19 so to me that means they need Super Saiyan at least to beat all the Androids and that Piccolo is on that level already since he did severe damage to Android 20.
I would think that piccolo would want to stay longer on his “home” planet, guru probably finds out that piccolo is “technically” kami who is the son of katatz

Seeing as there isnt going to be a Dende here, the powers of the guardian of earth might be a wish. anything dangerous going on? he can see it. and could know of possible threats coming to earth such as when, kami gave the saiyans a pretty accurate time when the saiyans would come. or was that Raditz might've been both. or maybe thats just a package deal for becoming the guardian.
He should ask for ability to make offspring (just like King Piccolo could). He could then spit an egg and raise a new guardian

I think Piccolo might wish for the ability to easily move between Earth and Namek, his logic being that he is young and doesn't know as much as the Grand Elder Guru. If he can teleport between the two, he can seek counsel and advice. In addition, he would also like to spend more time on Namek reconnecting with his heritage.
I think this could have two effects, the first being that Elder Guru unlocks his potential (and Krillin and Bulma's), and the second being that Nail asks Piccolo to train with him when he visits.
Piccolo would use the last wish to make sure that Earth is a well protected as possible, with all those who protect it to become as powerful as possible( justified by Kami wanting wisdom to grow with strength, good teacher stuff); So a power boost for his friends, or the knowledge of where to find some really powerful teachers that they don't know about yet.

So I don't know if this was just in the dub but nail did imply that if piccolo fused with kami he would have been able to take out Frieza. I will admit that he was training for a month with King Kai at that point but I just figured I would bring that up
Maybe Piccolo's wish is to have his own child. Also I'm guessing Future Gohan going to show up give Goku the Heart Virus Medicine, show Present Goku and Gohan SSJ so they can get it, and tell the Z-Fighters about 17 & 18 and what they look like. And finally Frieza could show up later on Earth.

I think Guru would want one of his own (Piccolo) to be an outstanding guardian so he gets his potential unlocked. I also believe Piccolo would ask Guru to unlock Goku’s since Goku is like Piccolo’s rival and comrade protecting earth
I don't think the multiplier is more than 10 times. I actually believe is about 4 times minimum to 6 times maximum.
I think Piccolo would wish for Vegeta to come back to life so Goku would have another sayian to train with, but since he now has the knowledge on how to make the dragon balls himself and I do think the next one would be around the android saga and Piccolo wouldn't mind taking care of the Android's.
Kami would still send goku to king kais even if they didn’t need it it would be like a parting gift.
Guru would probably unlock his potential there is always another chance of a threat to Earth.

I actually have an interesting thought maybe piccolo should use the last wish for immortality think about it he wants to protect the Earth and make sure that there's always dragon balls to reverse damage the easiest way to do that would be to make himself immortal.
If Piccolo can't on his own, I would say to wish to improve the room of spirit and time.
If he can, Piccolo should wish for a spaceship that can get to Namek even quicker. This way, if he ever wanted to visit again or needed the namekian dragon balls for whatever reason *cough* the future, Goku dying *cough* he could.
