Rolf was a terrific entertainer. His amazing painting technique with large brushes had to be seen to be believed. His best song, SUN ARISE, when listened to in stereo through headphones, is an astounding experience.
Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport was one of my Dad's favorite songs. Game #2 had three babes. #1 and #3 were uber babes. Tom loves his water. Thanks for the video.
Rolf Harris was lifelong friends with Margaret Thatcher, who selected his rendition of "Two Little Boys" as her all time favorite song.
That's EXCEPTIONALLY disturbing.
I love KItty Carlisle, but i have one rather major quibble: she referred to the Macy's Day parade. It's not - it's the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
I love this show
Marvelous episode- one of the best in history.
No Kitty no witty fun !
tom poston was undoubtedly the most successful panelist in history of this show.
It is very likely that contestant #2 was known as Anne-Marie Mersen (b. 1930) and was John Casablancas' sister-in-law.
As an Australian i feel so sad that my childhood heroes weren't ones to really look up to. I grew up watching Rolf Harris and Gary Glitter it leaves a bad stain on my childhood memories
I LOVED the Gary Glitter music!!!! Such a perv.
Being Australian I know exactly who Rolf Harris is! Its good to not have to guess. 😅
Tasmania is apart of Australia, Orson

18:44 Dumb comment by Kitty. Did she think they were blown up indoors? It would have taken an awfully large room!
1st and only use of the wobblw board
Nowadays, Rolf Harris should be telling the truth in prison.
Why?
@@peternagy-im4be He was convicted of sexual assault against underage girls.
@@geraldkatz7986 allegedly?
@@peternagy-im4be It happened, though one conviction was overturned, at least according to an internet search.
There were at least five points in the show that “this program was edited for broadcast.”
I don't know how pre-recorded this episode was, but the Macy's Parade that year was muted, with smaller crowds and many floats draped in black....
Bud must not have watched The Flintstones to pronounce Dino as Dyno!!
I think it may have been Dino the Dinosaur that was the mascot for Sinclair gasoline (especially since their display of prehistoric creatures would be prominent in the upcoming New York World's Fair, and go on tour after it ended).
Those three women were gorgeous - but I doubt that they knew the word “ruefully” that Bud Collier used.
Does anybody know the aired date ?
17 days after
@@pfflyer3381 You must be referring to JFK’s assassination
Is Peggy wearing a hair wig !!!!!?????
Where is than being was so funny and good-natured. Tragedy a
that was hit and killed by a car in his late years.
Can you re-write this?
This is a 55 year old installment.
What lousy gifts, cigarettes and floor wax!
Agreed!
Pity that the sponsor wasn't Cadillac....
Don't forget the money. At that time this show gave a good amount." Whats my line" gave at most $50 on this show that's the least you can get per person.
