We suffer because of our identification with our thoughts. It is as simple as that. We all think our thoughts are who we are and we let them drag us along like a rapid river. You can just walk along in the street looking at people and you can see them all having conversations with themselves in their heads. Instead be present to the moment, look, touch, smell, listen. It is all about being aware. Once you are aware of being aware, you have everything.
Yes, what we say, and think goes out to the universe, and then comes back. They both have more power than we know. Words are very powerful.

Over thinking can lead to suffering and fear. Control your thought or your thought controls you. Sometimes to much thinking of things can make you happy or unhappy. Yes there is two side ways in life you got to balance everything not black and black white and white need to balance its up to you how you make it but for sure balance is most you need to be a great individual..not each sides.energy is need to get balance and harmony..itz the true essence of things balance everything.

I don’t believe there is such thing as necessary evil or suffering. What changes us is experiences, not whether they are positive or negative.
