    Is it safe to buy small layout without park .. the builder is telling he doesn't have layout approval and he has khata for entire place and can apply khata split.

    1) BDA Acquire andhre yenu ? Yav time alli BDA avru plot or land na acquire madkothare ?
    2) Land bere yardho, Kasta pattu thagolonu yaro, Idhralli BDA bandhu Yake problem maaduthidhe.
    3) Revenue site thagond mele , Nam athra katha bittu bere yella govt provided docs iruthalva , like EC , Sale Deed, Layout Approval plan etc...
    Aadhru DC conversion agilla anno ondhu karanakke , Naav kasta patu kattiro manena hodithara BDA dhavru ?
    4) Shivaram Karanth layout nalli news alli yelo hage , DC conversion ahidhru Yake Property na hodidhidhare ?
    5) Eegalu Silk Board, HSR layout, Koramangala dhali thumba janara athra proper docs illa , Adhru Avru 50 yrs indha mane katkondu vasisuthidharalva

      Bec the land u purchased in that layout is revenue site, and it is still reflecting as agricultural land. And gov have full authority to acquire any agricultural land for any development. The document u have is not a valid one bec u cannot register revenue which is less then 5.5 guntas or 6000 sq feet. So even registration is also fake. So I request everyone to stay away from revenue sites.

      @@kannadacitizen 90% of the sites in Bangalore are Revenue sites , How Govt is going to deal with this ?
      My entire layout has 3000+ houses built in Revenue sites, Many Govt officials have purchased these revenue sites

    Is possible to convert b kata to a khata? If yes what and all documents required and which is right time to conversion during registration only or any ?

      Now we can't convert the khata. If in case the government announces any khata conversation option in future we need to pay betterment charges and then we can convert the khata.

      Registration process is getting updated going forward it will be completely online process through kavari portal, most probably the registration will be resuming by tomorrow if not by Wednesday max.

      Yes, if there is no issue with the title of the property you can buy B Khata property. But make sure it is DC converted
