Sir I have a doubt, on google it is showing in article 2 -only new states (external) can be established and in article 3 existing states or union territories can be changed but in this vedio you said that delhi can be change in new state through article 2 ......sir please clear this only in article 3 existing states can be changed....
Sir according to article 4 parliament can use article 2,3 without amendment So article 368= special majority + retification of half state ka use kese hoga sir amendment ka mtlb hota h constitution me kuch insist Krna so article 368 kyu nhi set ho raha h
