And PRO TIP is here.. if your chocolate gets hard you can use flavourless oil, your chocolate will get shine and becomes soft..

Dear please temper your chocolate . Vese to we temper real chocolates but still compound chocolates also need to cool down.. because if we put hot chocolate in molds and than we keep in fridge, temperature changed and then bought back to room temperature for demolding... Due to change in temperature, moisture from the air condense on chocolate h.. And don't keep your chocolates for long in the fridge to set..Just keep for 7_10 minutes.. take it out and start wrapping..

When the difference in temperature of the chocolate and air is too much i.e. if the chocolate is refrigerated too long, the water vapour present in the air starts to cool down when it comes in contact with it. Much like when u take out refrigerated bottles and see water trickling on its surface. I hope if I'm not wrong, that answers your question.

Hi.. please cool down your chocolate before freezing it and pack them immediately after demolding.. don't keep them in the fridge while setting for long.. just 10 minutes.. if too hot demold your chocolates in ac room.. but if you temper your Chocolate it will not retain moisture

Some one told 'chocolate gets soft and shining with add of ghee'. That's why.
Instead of ghee use little flavorless oil or coconut oil

Why are you just melting the ready chocolates... What about cocoa powder in coconut oil?? What is better?
Maam these are just compounds! We are giving flavours fillings after melting! Only melting and molding is not we aren't doing! And personally I don't like coconut oil with cocoa powder..
