My first festival in 23 years and first time ever seeing Slipknot. It was insane, got several years of stress out in 90 minutes! I will be back next year!
It was my 3rd festival but first time seeing Slipknot. I’m definitely gonna be back there as well but for the whole time. I was only there for that night but I’m sad I missed out on the other bands the other nights that I wanted to see
We were there right at handicapped rap had perfect view of stage man what a awesome show slipknot never disappoint the fans this was by far the best show at blue ridge festival I was there the hole 5 days and saw over 120 bands
Actually we are cool, do it! If someone falls in the pit we get them up. We don’t want our family getting hurt. Just make sure you yell “heads-up” before you go over the pit.

Second time seeing Slipknot. First time was in the very back at Carolina Rebellion. Couldn't see anything but the lights. I worked my way to just a little bit right of where you are. Easily the best show of the weekend for me.
It wasn't a tour, like Violent J wanted years ago(Howard Stern show). But they got to do a show with The Knot. Speaking of the Clowns, & the Howard Stern show. Sharon Osbourne still owes Violent J half a million dollars for that bet.

There's been a few times that they change things up. If you look back at their 2016 tour, they did a set list with ALOT of deep cuts. I'd look some of their 2016 stuff up. I really wish they would add stuff like 'gematria" "diluted" "welcome" "tattered and torn" and others but. I guess they gotta do all singles. Smh.

No problem! There are reasons I record full shows for a reason for either the people that missed the show by having to cancel/ leave early or for the people that were too far away to actually see what was going on during the show.
Man I wish I had of went, I wanted to so bad, the closest they've played near me. I hope they'll be back. and I think i know why Corey Taylor stops the shows to make sure people are all right, probably because of all the people who've died at other concerts in the past couple of years and kuddos to him for doing that.
It’s not a Slipknot thing. It’s a metal thing. We aren’t fans, we are family. Motionless stopped the show because I got dropped surfing. Corey stopped his show a ton. So did every other band. Because we aren’t there fans, we aren’t just ticket sales to them. We are the family they have spent their lives to build. And if someone gets hurt, we want our family to get help.
Dude I started the chant for Clown in the beginning! Anyone their with me?! I was in a red suit about half way up, borderwalled the main pit, and got pull in for (sic)??!! Love my family, love my maggots!!!
@@andyfsu3378Corey said why he was missing about the 3rd or 4th song when they have to stop for a few mins due to someone being injured. Clown had a serious Family emergency he had to go home for and could not make it to the festival.
Damn. Luckily I was right infront of the handicap area so no one was coming up behind me. I made sure I was safe and was able to record the whole show without getting kicked in the head or something
Do you think they’ve put Jay on a click track so he can keep an even tempo? He usually rushes a lot of these songs, which to be honest I’m not much of a fan of
If I hadn't had an hour drive back to my hotel afterwards, I would've stayed for the whole thing. But between that and the shuttle situation, I just couldn't stay. The little bit I got to watch was fun, though!
Alot of bands stick with it which is kinda upsetting but it happens. I’ve seen Skillet multiple times this year and when I saw them in July they had the same songs just had to cut a couple out. I wish bands would switch it up here and there
Ice Nine Kills was worse, I was maybe 2nd or 3rd row and they all just piled up on top of each other towards the front because the guards couldn’t keep up
