Also as a quick point, the reason why those justices haven't been prosecuted is because they promised to uphold the precedent of roe v wade which was their job, but that doesn't mean that they promised not to overturn it. Had a case come before the court that applied to the roe v wade precedent before it was overturned, they would have respected it even if they disagreed with it. This is completely different than refusing to overturn roe v wade in light of the fact that it was an unconstitutional ruling.
The justices did overturn it because there has been a decades long push to overturn Roe v Wade. The pro life said has always stated their goal was to get conservatives judges who hated abortion on the court.

@@Al77343 has nothing to do with avoiding prosecution. They were just stating what the job of a Supreme Court Justice is. One thing they do is determine on a case to case basis if something is constitutional. To promise to never over turn something would be to promise not to do their job. You cannot know the judgment call without knowing the specific case and they are not psychics. Respecting the precedent just means that if it is not overturned that they will not do anything that tramples that precedent. Like how dems trample the second amendment but do not remove the amendment.
The idiots who are saying these justices lied ARE LYING. Amy Coney Barrett specifically denied that Roe v Wade was a "super precedent." Her comment is being altered by the typical bullshit artists on the left to say exactly the opposite of what she ACTUALLY said.

Those justices didn’t say they’d uphold Roe. They said they would treat it as a precedent of the Court. For fuck’s sake, these people did not pay attention to the hearings of these justices at all. Precedent can be overturned, as Plessy v Ferguson was a precedent by the Court that legalized segregation which took until Brown v. Board of Education to overturn.

I think he's mostly acting out a character, but it's hard to say for sure because I haven't seen any of his content and the character's beliefs aren't far off from what you'd expect based on his family history.
I will say that he has a certain quirk going on that is not right. (Possible high-functioning psychopath?)

This guy is just a talking point machine, he just throws so many ridiculous talking points at you at once that it’s hard to even process what he’s saying, no none of the justices lied in their confirmation hearings, and none of them said that they would vote to uphold Roe v. Wade, they recognize that it was settled law, and that it was an important precedent, and lying under oath is not necessarily in a peaceable offense you have to prove, that they lied first of all but you also have to prove what they lied about exactly, when the justices were asked whether or not they would overturn Roe v. Wade none of them answered, and none of them should have because justices aren’t supposed to say how they’re gonna vote in a certain case, until the case actually comes forward, justice Alito made this very clear.
