Stimela wasnt music , it was a style , a revolution of black who decided to speak truth to society thru music and using jazz as the medium , it gave relief to tired sould and meaning to human endengared blacks walloping from identify crisis of being either a black patriotic or a black jazz enlighted person

The supporters of Moroka Swallows Ltd in the 80s gave Noel Cousins nickname "Phinda Mzala" after this track....that time he was scoring goals as if they are going out of fashion.... October 1989 he scored a hat trick against Sundowns, Mark 'The Tiger" Anderson was in goals and on the 3rd goal he left the field in tears but Screamer Tshabalala grabbed him and put him back to goals....it was played that match in "fairly new" FNB Stadium.6/6/2024
