If you want you can take an old blue rag and cut it into a pair of 2 hands 🙌 and the top of an oval cut it out then take it and trace it on some other blue rag and cut that out then hot glue /sew them together now take some ping pong balls and color a black circle on 2 of them now attach it to the back of the top of the oval these will be the Eyes then finally take some black paint or black marker or anything the provides a black color and color a circle about the size of you sons hand then now you have an amazing Cookie Monster puppet
