- 5 Level Cascaded Multilevel H Bridge Inverter:
One of the basic and well-known topologies among all multilevel inverters is Cascaded H-Bridge Multilevel Inverter. It can be used for both single and three phase conversion. It uses H-Bridge including switches and diodes.
At least three voltage levels are required for a multilevel inverter. This can be accomplished by a single H-Bridge unit in Cascaded H-Bridge Multilevel Inverter. To keep the discussion snappy and clear I will go with the major points of this topology and also its advantages and disadvantages compared to other topologies.

How have you calculated the gate pulse signal of the switches?
Every inverter has switching table in theory. You need to follow the sequence given in table, and before doing this select output voltage frequency so that it would be easy to get precisely select time axis point or delay in pulse generator.
How to calculate that? I don't know can you please help and explain that?

You can prefer switching table for this and it's available to any reference book or literature. But if you want different output voltage frequency then you need to design on and off period of each switch of multilevel inverter.

How to select phase delay for pulse generator.
It's depends on output voltage frequency and switching intervals. It's complex to design I can not explain in comments box for that you need to find few literature.

For that you need to refer switching table of this topology and it's available in any books of power electronics and internet also.

How to calculate PWM?
About PWM its depend on Frequency of Output voltage, For this dear you will need to go through PWM switching table, and to study that how to get the output voltage in segments using turning on different switches. This theory or methods are available in literature and text book also. You can search in Google that switching table of 5 Level Inverter. Still if you dont find it leave comment i will send you,

how to reduce THD
About the THD, First thing you will need to decide what harmonics you are wish to remove. Based on this you can design your Inverters, This is Five level inverter hence we know it will reduce 5th Harmonics from the output AC voltage.
