This shit never gets old, the voice actors were literally like "I'm gonna put everything into this"... well Kyle Hebert was the only one that said it but each and every one of them put their all into these battle quotes.
Seriously, these are my soul food to get psyched up with. The animation, the design, the sheer violence of every special and the voice acting are AAA LEVELs
There is one simple line Lezard says at the beggining of the Soul crush sometimes in wich he laughes and screams "kneel before me" and i just can't find it anywhere on this videos. I just want to show it to a friend
Love this game hope they put it on the ps premium like they doing VP one I just only wish some of the generic einherjars had more special and not all have the same one
When the Valkyries joined, I use Alicia + 3 Valks for sh*t and giggles, so I can see Nibelung Valesti 4 times in a row XD Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed when both Hrist and Silmeria use their sword instead of halberd and bow... I mean, even Lenneth has the animation for NV with bows in VP1. To rub salt on the wound, Silmeria's NV line delivery felt really underwhelming, despite this game has her name on the title. I also felt the thrown spear at the end was comically large, making it less majestic... Still, I love VP2, mainly the story (despite it become quite convoluted and I was really upset with what they did to Lenneth). The gameplay also feels like a step forward with the 3D battlefield, although it's often become quite messy and confusing.
What did you equip on Rufus so that he wouldn’t take any of the elemental soul crush damages from bosses? Thanks for posting these btw! Feeling so nostalgic watching these
As cool as they look, they got very lazy with the Soul Crushes here. Most of them are repeated. I could understand it for the Great Magics, but the others was just disappointing, especially giving the same type of Nibelung Valesti to Alicia and all the Valkyries, even in original VP Lenneth got two versions of it (Sword and Bow, plus the Lenneth the creator version l, that for some reason she didn't have in this game. This is one of the many reasons original VP (Lenneth) is way better than VP Silmeria.

what annoys me is that the changed animation doesn't even have a better multiplier, while Rufus Binding Blaze 2 gets a very strong final hit.
