I went over the materials at the beginning of the video. Just enough 3/4" conduit and 90 deg brackets to fit your boat, bolts and nuts for every section, 4 C-clamps, and whatever material you want to use. I'd go with something heavier like burlap.
If you’re building an X frame like this one, you can just do one pin in the middle of each x to hold it up. If I were to do it again, I wouldn’t have the X frame design with hinges on the outside. I’d do more of a V frame with hinges on the inside. Easier to access and step through than crawl through an X. And grind any excess bolts down so they don’t catch on anything. And use better material than cheap camo netting. I just redid mine recently with better burlap sort of netting and it’s gonna hold better I hope.
Amazon. I recommend something thicker like a burlap base though. I picked up another one on Amazon recently and it’s much better. The old netting tore too easily.
I break it down in the video and say length and how much you need for each. Pending the size of your boat and the measurements it produces will determine the lengths of conduit you need and how much hardware.
It should. That’s another build design I was thinking about going with. Someone else just has to hold it while you line it up and drill it tho to make it perfect on each side.
This is exactly what I've been looking for ,thank you
Do you live anywhere near omaha nebraske and willing to help me build this lol
Great blind man. The one I just built for my own boat is very close to yours and I like seeing how yours turned out.
I like your design. Hope it works good for you.
@@oldnorthstateoutdoors2002 sold the boat and bought something else 6 months ago with an even better design
Awesome videos man im definitely going to be doin this but going to try to use the track system
Do you think just two pin locks where the frame crosses will work instead of four brackets at the bottom to hold it up? Or too much weight?
This is awesome. Can you post a list of materials?

How has it held up over the season? Hit me up if your northern cali
This is awesome!!! What would you do for an overhang? Or have you experienced it's not really needed?
Just more of those blind cover materials. I just throw some in the boat box and throw them over when we set up
@TheJByrd thank you for the reply. Have you built an overhead system to add on to this?
@@camanuch100 no I just throw netting over the top and create holes to pop up out of
@TheJByrd thanks for the update. I'm just laying out my set up. This way I'll be ready for next month. Need to order grass
what size C clamps did you use ?
@@jessecote1043 fairly large ones
Currently building one just like this. Anything you wish you would have change to the design so far?

What material did you use for the blind?
@@OB-Outdoor-boyz I switched it out for a thicker material after one season

do you mind sending me a list of the items to make that blind?
