He's never had anyone hold him accountable. At every level, he was more important than his teammates, coaches, or team. Because of this, he has no work ethic, he has no guts, he doesn't have the killer instinct. If he slimmed down to 250, he could be one of the greats. But, he won't and he'll join Ben Simmons, Greg Oden, and others in the "could have been" category. The sad part is that it isn't injuries (like Oden) that sank him, but mindset (like Simmons). They just don't want to work at it.
