Good assembly instructions. Brief, pretty clear. However, my quibble is with the replacement hose itself. You repeatedly stated that the knockoff had "better reviews". But better than what? I thought you meant better than the original. But then I went to the Amazon link, where, as always, I went straight to the one-star reviews. There, and even in the 5-stars, there were complaints about the shortness of your recommended hose compared with the original. AND there was at least one other hose shown as an "Amazon pick" on that same page, although I wonder what the guidelines are for those choices. I detoured into trying to repair the hose first, but my particular hose wouldn't fix. So I wound up buying a previously-owned Dyson hose off of eBay, which I just installed, with your help. This one looks totally new to me, and I got a good deal on the hose, besides getting the vac itself for free, although it needed a massive cleaning. The upside to that was that I learned lots about the machine. Oh, and there were no reviews for the original part, so that was misleading. Now, here's my challenge to you: It's been four years since you replaced that hose. How has it held up? How DOES the length compare with the original? Any other comments?
I watched this just because I love watching Mr. Gizmos videos!! I don't even have this vacuum lol but it is making me want to go get one!! Would love to see you do more review videos! I like that you are very honest in them!
Mr Gizmo sorry took me so long to get back I couldn’t think of anything then but I just did now. We are looking to remodel our bathroom maybe you could do a review of yours? What you like and don’t like? Type of flooring, tile, shower door or curtain? Thanks!

Thank you so much for an easy fix and reference to the more cost effective hose. I bought and fixed it in a jiffy.

Thank you so much. I love my Dyson dc33. This is simple and cheap! I have 2 of these vaccum cleaners. Definitely interested in the floor attachment.
from one Dad to another, you legend!
ty for this, I thought it was going to be taking a bunch of stuff apart, I never noticed the tab in the back
Explanation was very easy to follow but didn’t help because the button behind the vacuum tank was missing on my dc33. Any suggestions?
I will check to see if anyone has any suggestions in the next few days. Thanks.
Thanks for the help.
I need the small hose that goes from this hose to the brush
Thanks !
Thank you!!
