I'm going to sit this out and watch the Plymouth for a while to see what WG may or may not do. It looks incredible, but... After the Weimargate and the way they nerfed the Kleber (which happened when I was in the final Bureau stage), and the inconsistent handling of SAP regarding the Italian ships, I'm not quite trusting WG's better/informed judgement. When Belfast came out on the PC the radar ambush build is what I used. I used to division with a friend who was a good DD player who would put smoke down for me when needed. We used to have an 80% win rate when working together like that.
@@DerkaGames As you said in the video having a stealth radar...so when that detected symbol popped you would hit your radar and that DD was in a trap from which there was no escape. The HILARIOUS thing was I used to troll the forums all day and Belfast was so OP it was ridiculous. I used to post troll posts saying that I thought Belfast needed torpedoes to make it competitive. The sheer amount of pure hatred and vitriol I would get in those posts would have me laughing so hard. One little post would get 700 replies in less than two hours causing all kinds of chaos. Wargaming banned me from the forums for doing that eventually.
Only had 1 game in her so far. Despite some poor positioning, over running my smoke and taking a big slap losing 2/3 of my heath with one hit, the guns on this thing got me 3 kills before I died despite my running an agile build. The sonar is pretty decent so even when running smoke it is good for hunting DDs
I think the Plymouth is most successful premium ship from the near past. I have never seen so many pay ships on the first ever. Plymouths almost every match in every team. I even saw a division of them lol. Seems like it's good
Thanks Derka. I don't buy digital boats, but I do buy campaigns, so I wish this would have been a t8 campaign boat with slightly better armour. Oh well, I'll enjoy seeing her out there shooting at me lol.
A t10 a t7 so we can expect like the Zao and Petro to come in at lower tiers as well. Seeing the Zao doesn't perform well anymore on PC at its tier anymore. Looking for some other cruisers at t7 and t8 such as this to spice up the tier.
Hello I picked up Plymouth yesterday. Very good guns, very weak armor like Belfast :( She blast destroyers and cruisers from side :) Its hard to play without smoke but radar has 9,9 km and 40 s :) I will try today without smoke with better concealment 9,7 km. Best Regards
GG. I agree with everything except one, that Wichita already had the disclaimer. Wish WG would lower T7 ship prices. It was set in the Friesland Loyang campaign and there were still T6s worth 15k. Since they were all levelled to 12,5k; T7 could also get a reduction...
Great vid thanx. Does anyone know of any other products that get released with a disclaimer allowing a future change in performance? I can't imagine buying a Suzuki Hayabusa and being warned that its top speed may be altered in the future, a scary new concept WG has introduced.

Where does it sit now with dpm at tier etc? Compared to this video ? As im 100% its been nerfed to shit. Just had a game with 306 hit and 2 torp hits only 83k dmg
They should have never made it a tier 7. Now there is 1 less ship they can use to fill out tier 8 and legendary tier. Short term gains at the cost of long term game quality. IMO it should have been the tech tree tier 8.

You can stealth radar with Edinburgh, Wichita, Atlanta and Tiger 59. None of those other reasons justify moving it up a tier.
By that measure then Edinburgh should be a legendary tier ship. It can stealth radar and has the armor to bow tank almost every BB gun in game.
