I'd say your recovery capacity is will probably inhibited by the diet itself and your body fat level. I'm not sure if reducing training volume will have any noticeable effects 🤔
@@FlowHighPerformance1 Hm well, the only way to find out is to give it a try. I’m lowering my training volume by 10-20% and increasing intensity i.e lower rest times and higher reps (within the proper amount of reps for hypertrophy for muscle loss prevention). Should I decrease resistance training volume, if my recovery starts to suffer? I’m at 10% body fat and I’m trying to get down to 8%.
