    Anyone who has doubts I had gained muscles and lost fat so yes you can do both at the same time. I just got stuck on skinny fat phase lol.

    Should I decrease resistance training volume, if my recovery starts to suffer? I’m at 10% body fat and I’m trying to get down to 8%.

      I'd say your recovery capacity is will probably inhibited by the diet itself and your body fat level. I'm not sure if reducing training volume will have any noticeable effects 🤔

      @@FlowHighPerformance1 Hm well, the only way to find out is to give it a try. I’m lowering my training volume by 10-20% and increasing intensity i.e lower rest times and higher reps (within the proper amount of reps for hypertrophy for muscle loss prevention). I’ll get back to you on it too. Thanks for the fast reply 👍
