I am in El Poblado right now. Have been for 2 months. In my opinion Parque Lleras is NOT very good. If you like sitting in a public park, drinking $15 beers and interacting with street walkers, its a great place. Pattaya, Phuket, Wan Chai and Angeles city are all way better.
