The problem with polar is that she's advertised as "the first virtual singer who wants to perform on a real stage", while its completely okay to EXPAND the concept, taking credit for it like it's yours isn't and even if polar actually was the "first" to have a goal to perform IRL, there are already so much people who beat her to that game throughout her debut (around 2021), with vtubers, celebrity holograms, project sekai, enstars, the vocaloids (slightly featuring aqours with this one since they had miku perform with them IRL), and even splatoon and animal crossing, and all we got from polar was a few avakin life concerts and a roblox concert (which all of them were unsuccessful and all of them don't count as real concerts since they happened virtually). Another problem is the fact that the company's very arrogant. Flashback to 2023 when there are so much confrontations, they always ignored them and what made it worse was that fact that they not only shamelessly used her to promote her Ievan polka remix (which is technically illegal since crypton states that you could use her voice for commercials but can't use miku's character herself, unless given full permission) but also made a miku diss song which in a nutshell, basically was like the toxic gossip train of virtual singers.
So in summary and in my perspective, polar has done enough damages for me to hate her. From advertising her as something she's not, not only completely ignoring the people who paved the way for virtual singers performing IRL but even dissed the queen herself and most of all, genuinely being one of the most unlikable and forgettable characters in existence with very boring content (expected from her company tbh, AKA TheSoulPublishing/ creators of 5-Minute crafts). Also her music, despite being promoted with so much hype is very basic, not to mention she had a whole song that not only changes genres 3 times in one song but the whole song was made with a lot of samples (notably 7 rings and sweet but psycho).
Can't forget the times Polar promoted AI art.
A shame, from what I'vd heard, her voice actor is actually decent, I hope she get away from Polar as soon as possible.

Polar claimed to be the first while wearing Miku's hairstyle. She has also had several shorts where she dresses up as Miku. Most famous is the Ivan Polka promotion video where she dressed exactly like Miku to promote it. Then we have the song that released in the same month, rip off. The song where Polar very much admits to copying. Polar is also known for copying KDA and using illegal samples.
As for Zhizi, things to note is when she released and how she was portrayed. Zhizi came out very close to the time of the Chinease Miku vb and was only used once. It's very likely CFM or Yamaha was not impressed. Miku fans portrayed the character as a recolour of Miku but red. The main issue she got called a rip off is due to her design and release period. Fans of the character redesigned her so that she's less like Miku.

I found on when I viewed the screenshot that she did a cover on Ievan Polkka, right around 4:49. Ievan Polkka has already been covered by Hatsune Miku, and Miku's version soon became popular.

I guess the people who made Avakin Life tried to make a virtual idol to replace Miku, and they're trying to figure out what makes her so popular. Also, Polar apparently copies Miku's dance in one video. I can't find the link to that video, so you'll just have to believe me.
Also note Ievan Polkka was a traditional Finnish song, not a Miku song, just that the Miku song is more popular. NOTE AGAIN that Polar's one is hardcore dj like(?) and miku's is more traditional yet modern.
The whole rip off promo and the Ievan Polka one too had Polar mocking Miku. The most famous one is a tiktok video where Polar is in Miku's attire. There was also the time where they used the Wowaka heart.
Polar mostly copies KDA though, this is very clear in the very first songs they made with her

As for Neru, the reason behind her creation was miku disappearing from the internet. She was made with the sole purpose to mock Miku haters by being miku but the opposite. Neru was designed to have the same outfit as Miku. Over the years Neru's purpose moved away from mocking Miku haters and TBS. All fanloids are copying the original.
One fanloid that never removed away from this is Kagami Kawaiine, the best fanloid on the planet and better than Miku

This is a very unpopular opinion, but I honestly don't find Polar a Hatsune Miku rip-off. Why is she a fake? Just because she has long, tied turquoise hair and is a virtual singer? That's honestly a weak argument - at least in my opinion it is. Anyone can have long, tied turquoise hair while being known as a virtual singer. This isn't only Miku's thing. This could be anyone's; even yours! HOWEVER, I AM NOT HATING ON MIKU IN ANY WAY!! IN FACT, I LOVE MIKU!! But I just find it dumb that people consider Polar a Hatsune Miku clone. I would actually like to hear your opinions on my argument, that would disprove my point and change my mind :)
