There is actually a way to make pen(fade) free! Go onto ‘shape’ on the pen settings and change it to ‘felt tip pen(hard)’ it doesn’t change the appearance of it and Its one of my main pens so I don’t have to watch an ad if I just want to sketch or something

Hana, ive noticed you use the lasso tool and paint bucket to fill colors. you can press the special button beneath the blur button and press the cog wheel/settings icon and press lasso fill!

3:23 a better easier option is go to when ur liquify brush is then check the brushes and there should be a lasso erase just set it to all layers ahd itll erase anything in the dpot from all layers without having to merge them
Ive been using ibispaint for 5-4 years and its great :) I really like that we get new features a lot and how easy it is to use. thanks for covering the ibispaint tutorials aswell! I like the way you explain them. The original tutorials themselves are too overstimulating for me lol

i used to be mad i stopped using ibis paint when they add a lot of amazing features that could've helped me. but i will not deny ibis paint being my first dip into digital art. i've watched mostly misa's videos and they helped me A WHOLE LOT.
I used to use ibispaint years ago, but im glad to see how much has improved with the app. I might actually get it again lol, because it looks very fun to draw with, especially for it being free. I'm glad it can be free for all the artists who dont want to pay for an app/cant afford and app. So theh can still make premium/nice looking art :0!
Something I do so I don't have to watch an add, I make the custom brush setting my brush pallete, (you can copy brushes by clicking then+ by them) and I just added a brush that was free then customized it the same as other brushes that are behind a adblock! Then I only have to watch an ad if I want to use special brushes, like stamp brushes!
i think you should use a brush named 'maker' maker is actually my fav brush i use it when i draw,color idk if i recommend as a right way cause i literally don't know how to explain but hope it helps😅

For the layers, mist of us use folders that you can access by layers button then the paper with another one on the bottom that has a cross on and you’ll see it. I usually name the folder and i know whats what
I had no clue Ibispaint had lore! And it’s fun to see you use the tutorials because even veteran users of the app can learn something new! For example I had no clue that you could change the bg colour of the canvas without having a new layer! Also not the dream at the end I’m giggling 😭
The animation on the last clip got me giggling 😆😆 Anyways by watching your video, makes everything so much interesting. 20:26 How come when you use your lasso, the selected area in which you draw is not pixeled but smooth? When i use the lasso then switch to the brush to color,it’s all pixeled and uneven. Can someone please tell me how to fix it and make it smooth?
You could turn on layer contents, aaaand NAME THE LAYERS!! It helps even more because if younake a mistake and don't remember which layer it is but you know it's supposed to be shading, Rename layer "Shading - (insert body part, clothes, or hair peice)"
Found an interview in japanese including misa, where she tells us the origin of this character. Shiratama ningen was a roughly/badly draw character created around middle school but everyone else was also drawing him so he’s basically a copied character.

hell yea, I started using it after PS touch discontinued or something. Ibis is just so good for on the go editing/art, the UX is so similar to PS.
