14:30 That's actually a Cicada molt, when Cicadas become adults they leave their older exoskeleton behind, so what you are looking at is actually the old "shell" of the Cicada that became an adult and flew away lol
Many other insects also molt out of their exoskeletons, you can think of it as similar to how Snakes shed their skins whenever they grow
