At one point, the locals say there was a massively loud strike,they said it sounded like it hit metal. There is now talk about a possibility that 3 craft were involved in a midair lightning strike and collisions of 2 of them. One took the brunt of the strike and largely was destroyed in the air,the one found on the farm. The other two collided, and one came down outside of Carona. Why didn't Major Marcel or Max Braswell mention the crashed craft or the aliens? They mention the materials, but not the craft or aliens. The crash site is described as being no more than 1/2 mile, some reports say about 2000 feet. I have been to the site, It is wide open spaces. How could they have missed the craft?

Perhaps because the first crash site may not have had any. The second site, near Magdalena is reported to have had at least 4. It was maybe not discovered til a couple days later. Seems like it was much more intact reportedly. See Gerald Anderson 1991 interview. He was a 5 year old eyewitness.
