Sir..my age is 30 years(female). I still have this problem since the age of 15 or maybe from more long time. I was not aware towards this problem first as a teen. I can barely ignore them while walking, studying, gaming or whatever i do. Can’t even think clearly cause they’re all pretty much i see. Typically the cause of floaters is age. Probably in your 20s. I’m 20 years old with incredible amount of floaters. I’m just used to it. these little basterds literally disgusting. Don’t let them control your life. It mostly noticeable if you’re anxious person or after a lot of panic attacks, smoking, drugs, weeds basically. Besides You shouldn’t be worried much. People with high myopia can see them more than usual. Most of people use *Atropine* as the cure but there is no medical clearance that it decreases the amount of floaters yet it increases blood amount in your eyes and makes eye muscles relaxed as a result floaters fade away but not completely. And also I’d consider vitrectomy surgery. It’s the surgery for people with retinal detachments. Retinal detachment is the condition when you see flashes , glare and plenty of floaters. The surgery should be performed by retinal specialist. Surgery clears all your vision and repairs retinal detachment. You’ll be back to 20/20 vision. If you see flashes added to floaters then you should immediately go to retinal specialist. Get retinal scan and still everything is fine then you shouldn’t be worried cause there are plenty of people who have been experiencing flashes and floaters besides they have no retinal detachments or anything. *If you squint your eyes in the light you see thousands of floaters and don’t get freaked out cause it’s completely normal, our eyes absorb more light when you squint your eyes that’s why you see carpet of floaters clearly, even if you stare at something continuously you’ll notice them. Yeah that’s normal* You can conquer your floaters by getting up everyday ignore and beat the shit out of them. If you’re seeing more floaters than usual then we’re all in the same boat. @@saswatkumarsahoo1895 no the truth is no outer medicine or eye drops work on floaters. They’re mostly saline and preservatives ingredients. I laughed at some eye drops saying it can eliminate floaters. Pineapple is the only thing that potentially works because it’s enzyme bromelain is going to dissolve floaters if enough amount of it reaches them. You can try pineapples for 3-4 months you’ll get your results by then But be warned. People’s tongue will get sore and even bloody after a few days of pineapple consumption because of the enzyme and you will start to get abdominal pain for a while after pineapple consumption, each day. Also you should limit your sugar intake in this period cause one pineapple is enough for a day. Secondly, bromelain pills are good as people say & Atropine as well. Atropine is preferable for me. But floaters are so stubborn they won’t go away easy. You have to be on the strict diet or on supplements to get rid of these tiny cells. Thank you Sir for sharing the light on this condition. I'm suffering from this condition since 2007, had medications done for it earlier and then stopped them. I have accepted it as normal and started living a usual life since then. It is still there in my right eye. Earlier it was difficult for me to educate the doctors or others about it. I still have this problem since the age of 15 or maybe from more long time. I was not aware towards this problem first as a teen. As long as i get bigger by time I've observed and notice the nature of this condition in my both eyes. My distant sight Is weak but I am sure not not because of this condition. Dr.Sahib thanks a lot for detailed information regarding floaters in the eye. I have got floaters in the right eye for the last 8 years. My Dr. in Mumbai advises not to go for operation . Floaters do not make me comfortable to bear minus glasses as vision gets distorted, invariably double immage in the field of vision disturbe a lot especially while driving a vehicle. In the beginning, I had only one floater which was brown in colour, later on, all of a sudden I got a lot of floaters . I immediately checked with the doctor he said there is nothing to worry and the brown floater was outside retina but there are 3 weak spots which can be a problem in future. 3 weeks ago i noticed the black/gray line(floaters) in extra white light and clear sky (In day only) in 2-3 in right eye and 1 dot in left eye when i moved my eyes left to right and up or down.
Without moving eyes the lines doesn't appear .
2 weeks ago i visited an Eye doctor.
He said there is no major issue .
And said STABLE REFRACTION.
i dont have any problem in my vision
But my mind always thinks about it.
Kindly advice any remedies.
It's normal to see a few eye-floaters. Eye-flaoters do not harm your eye in any way.
With time, they either get settled down to bottom of the eye or you get used to ignoring them.
If eye-floaters have increased in numbers and causing a lot of trouble in having clear vision then you should get your eyes checked.

I can barely ignore them while walking, studying, gaming or whatever i do. Can’t even think clearly cause they’re all pretty much i see.
Typically the cause of floaters is age. Probably in your 20s. I’m 20 years old with incredible amount of floaters. I’m just used to it.
these little basterds literally disgusting. Don’t let them control your life. It mostly noticeable if you’re anxious person or after a lot of panic attacks, smoking, drugs, weeds basically. Besides You shouldn’t be worried much. People with high myopia can see them more than usual.
Most of people use *Atropine* as the cure but there is no medical clearance that it decreases the amount of floaters yet it increases blood amount in your eyes and makes eye muscles relaxed as a result floaters fade away but not completely. And also I’d consider vitrectomy surgery. It’s the surgery for people with retinal detachments. Retinal detachment is the condition when you see flashes , glare and plenty of floaters. The surgery should be performed by retinal specialist. Surgery clears all your vision and repairs retinal detachment. You’ll be back to 20/20 vision.
If you see flashes added to floaters then you should immediately go to retinal specialist. Get retinal scan and still everything is fine then you shouldn’t be worried cause there are plenty of people who have been experiencing flashes and floaters besides they have no retinal detachments or anything.
*If you squint your eyes in the light you see thousands of floaters and don’t get freaked out cause it’s completely normal, our eyes absorb more light when you squint your eyes that’s why you see carpet of floaters clearly, even if you stare at something continuously you’ll notice them. Yeah that’s normal*
You can conquer your floaters by getting up everyday ignore and beat the shit out of them. If you’re seeing more floaters than usual then we’re all in the same boat.

@@saswatkumarsahoo1895 no the truth is no outer medicine or eye drops work on floaters. They’re mostly saline and preservatives ingredients. I laughed at some eye drops saying it can eliminate floaters.
Pineapple is the only thing that potentially works because it’s enzyme bromelain is going to dissolve floaters if enough amount of it reaches them. You can try pineapples for 3-4 months you’ll get your results by then
But be warned. People’s tongue will get sore and even bloody after a few days of pineapple consumption because of the enzyme and you will start to get abdominal pain for a while after pineapple consumption, each day. Also you should limit your sugar intake in this period cause one pineapple is enough for a day.
Secondly, bromelain pills are good as people say & Atropine as well. Atropine is preferable for me. But floaters are so stubborn they won’t go away easy. You have to be on the strict diet or on supplements to get rid of these tiny cells. Don’t take it on my opinion or anyone’s ask Ophthalmologist first. Always.
But the for me the best ever treatment is to ignore. The more you focus on them the more they’ll appear. Several of people are depressed and anxious cause of floaters because they let them control their lives. No one in this world who doesn’t have floaters. All have it. You’re just seeing them too often. People who stuck in this quarantine year noticed more floaters snd got scared but there was nothing to scare cause in this pandemic all were working from home and limited by their house and they noticed floaters in their free time.
In a nutshell. You just gotta ignore them. There is no safe treatment for floaters right now. May be in the next 10 years we’ll have it possibly.
Better not to spent money on this. Yet you can ask Ophthalmologist for treatment. I don’t think anyone in the comments or youtube channel can give better opinion then doctor. Follow their proscription. And if it’s not going away then get used to them.

Sir is having eye floaters become a problem for medical rejection in army,navy, airforce or NDA medical. I have 2 in one eye and 1 in another eye 🙄🙄
No, You won't get disqualify in medical exams because of floaters.
