You prolly dont care but if you guys are stoned like me atm you can stream all of the latest movies on Instaflixxer. I've been watching with my brother during the lockdown xD
How do I create a set of configurations from the regular dimensions and tolerances (in Model Based Definition, MBD), as Kevin explained, that are at maximum material condition, another at nominal, and another set that is at minimum material conditions? I want to 3D print the three sets of parts to check for interferences and for excessive clearances/play/looseness under actual operating conditions. TolAnalyst, at least at first glance, appears to be somewhat laborious, especially in light of short lead time, inexpensive, 3D printing. TolAnalyst doesn't create any actual touch and feel assemblies to play with and to show management and salespeople.
John at the present moment there is not a way to automate that process once you know your min, nominal, and max values you would create the configurations and adjust the specified dims in each configuration. Or you could try the process in this video to create the needed configs and changes ruclips.net/video/6biwIeGUvUA/видео.html
Did Matt say exactly how to create a virtual "Intersect Line1" or "Intersect Line2"? Everything went by too fast. In an effort to create a couple of these virtual lines for dimensioning, I made a cuboid and used fillet tool to trim off all corners 'n edges. I'm unable to get a virtual line to show up as an item in the feature tree after selecting a couple of orthogonal faces and choosing the "Find Intersection" tool. I did it this way: Select the Smart Dimension tool, CTRL-RITE clik a face, click "Find Intersection" option, LEFT-CLIK an orthogonal face followed by a CLIK of the green checkmark. I don't get any virtual line to show up in the Feature Tree.
This functionality is great, but are there any plans to make regular dimensions/dimxpert dimensions more unified as a workflow for TolAnalysis?

@Nasir Immanuel Definitely, I've been using InstaFlixxer for since november myself :)
