Nice method of creating a weep hole with the screwdriver and hammer in the old pressure tank! I never knew they were that easy to perforate! You were very patient with that lady.
I had a technician come out to my house about the clicking sound, he said it had to do with the filter and it's fine, okay to ignore it. But it is getting really annoying it happens quite frequently. Am I okay to ignore this? Or is this something that I should definitely get fixed? It only happens when organization of the furnace turns on.
Hey Steve, on these 80percent units, check the pressure switch tubing. Sometimes there is some debris in the port that goes to the heat exchanger or flue.
Might be that gas valve after it runs for a bit, I've seen those solenoids make all kinds of chattering before. Sounded ok though in the video, nice video Steve
What Steve no driving footage with miss Molly that's the best part of your videos other than you talking shit to the home owners lmfao 🤣. Great video Steve 👍. Keep them coming!
Steve, I've watch many of our videos and they all are problems with oil or gas furnaces. Do you work on Electric/heat pump systems too? Or isn't there any in Massachusetts.
Great toubleshooting, repair and customer service skills. Excellent mechanic! 👍

Good info! My furnace clicks alot and takes several minutes to start blowing. Even clicks some while running.
Totally heard it at 3:30 when the inducer fan shuts off. A chatter noise.
Sounds like someone walking down stairs
We had the fancy aluminum ductwork in my folks' 1950 ranch. Talk about noise. They cackled from shutdown to startup.
Some gas valves can be quite loud. I know the one on my own boiler makes a nice click-click when it fires the pilot and then the main burners.
