Sheriff Peach Toadstool is back on duty after receiving word that Sergeant Daisy would recover from her terrible crash earlier in the week (but it would take a while...), and she decided to keep O'Bash as her sergeant, so she went searching for her next deputy. After a while, she finally found an ideal officer to serve on her force, Johannes Stigsson from Oslo, Norway. "Just so you know, Deputy Stigsson," Sheriff Toadstool said after formally inducting her newest deputy into the police force, "things around here can get a little crazy sometimes." "Where I come from, Sheriff," Stigsson remarked in his Scandinavian accent, "we are used to crazy drivers and other moronic shenanigans all the time. Nothing will surprise me here." He shook hands with his new boss and then went out on his first patrol on BeamNG Highway 92. Later that day, Deputy Wreckmeister II gets 'picked up' and thrown into the back of Darkstig's dump truck. Stigsson hears Wreckmeister's shouts for help on his police radio and quickly responds to the call. However, since he is still a 'noob' on the force, his attempt to stop the dump truck backfires badly, and he also gets taken hostage by Darkstig. Luckily for the two helpless deputies, Deputy Lane McJohn comes to the rescue with his new mobile command unit. McJohn slams head-on into the dump truck, tearing the entire cab off and knocking both police cars loose. Darkstig survives unscathed, but he gets 'cuffed and stuffed' by McJohn while Stigsson and Wreckmeister are taken to the hospital Both deputies are fine. The next day, Darkstig breaks out of jail and steals Sheriff Toadstool's ice cream truck, drawing the ire of the entire police force, including Sheriff Dummieson. As the chase winds through the roads of BeamNG Land, multiple attempts to stop the truck fail until Deputy McJohn pulls out his new off-road rear-engined police cruiser with a Gatling gun mounted under the hood. He proceeds to blast the truck off the road with a volley of gunfire, destroying it and melting the entire supply of ice cream in the back of the truck. Darkstig laughs maniacally at what McJohn had done, while Sheriff Toadstool is so irate that she suspends McJohn for two months and has his car taken to the junkyard and crushed. "Now how the hell am I gonna keep our city's residents cool during this blazing hot summer?" Sheriff Toadstool growled as she and Deputy Stigsson watched the car crusher finish compacting Deputy McJohn's patrol car. "That dumb son of a *BLEEP* blew up my truck!" "Not to worry, Sheriff Toadstool," Deputy Stigsson replied. "I have connections back home in Norway. All of BeamNG Land will get its ice cream back today." He contacted his friends in Oslo. Later that same afternoon, a brand-new ice cream truck (and a freezer containing an entire year's supply of the world's most popular flavors of ice cream) were delivered to the police station via airplane. Sheriff Toadstool was so impressed that she promptly doubled Stigsson's salary and provided him with his own personal Dodge Viper SRT10 patrol car.
