    Skip was on Bronnys jock.....anyone with eyes knows he ain't it. He was an HS all American because of his father. He can only shoot in drills, not in a game. He was like the 3rd or 4th best player on his HS team.

      Well said. He only averaged 14.2 points a game as a senior in high school. Well that’s pretty good, on the national level that’s mediocre to be considered a top prospect. In high school, he never earned any elite accomplishments outside of McDonald’s all American, but that was likely, based on who his father is. Ronnie wasn’t even the third best player at USC.

      Because he’s always supported Bronny and believed he’s a legit NBA player. But Skip’s seen the light after seeing Bronny’s play in the G League, and has to call out the obvious.
      I’m curious about Skip’s take on Bronny only being a part time G leaguer and only playing home games.

      Well said. I think Bronnie is a good kid. I think he’s done a good job handling all of the fame and pressure of being in his father shadow. But as a basketball player, even his high school stat show he really wasn’t worthy of a top division one school. Based off of his stats in high school and play in college he should’ve never been drafted.

    Humble Skip is a very good Skip he's slowing down his commentating and allowing his KNOWLEDGE shine through. People forget watching the game and writing about the game professionally and commentating on the sport professionally for over 30 years means something! Whether you played the game at a high level or not. Sometimes the buddy buddy with your follow athletes hinders the view of the game. Not all commentators need to have great players and not all great player need to be commentators. There's only few very who are great at both.

    Bronny wasn't a starter in high school until his Senior year. He wasn't a starter at USC until 3 of the starters were injured. He averaged 5 points a game. He wasn't even a Division 1 caliber player. Nepotism at its finest.

    As a 6 foot 1 guard, it's inexcusable to be so poor at shooting. Why does he choose to miss the overwhelming majority of his shots anyway ? When you're undersized, you had better be an elite shooter, or else there's simply no place for you.

    LeBron James made it very clear to the front office: "draft my kid and I'm staying". It was that simple. They made the deal behind the scenes, drafted Bronny in the late 2nd round and LeGM signed another contract with the Lakers.

    i would love to root for bronny as he had health issues and this for sure affects him. and i love his dad lebron, my favorite player. but the way they put him in this place is not deserving. he is not even on g-league level right now. he is still young but he should grind 2-3 years to be considered back on nba court. he is miles aways from this

    Skip! You have already been wrong about it... You said months ago that Bronny could play in the NBA and would be a contributor to the Lakers. Now you come out and say he can't play in the NBA.
