Hey I found your page reading about the DISA on my 3.0 but subscribed because of your supercharger. I was curious how you felt about the purchase. They say it's an easy 100 HP but that it's not necessarily affordable. I haven't looked them up yet but in your video you were struggling with a rich mixture and I was glad to see it wasn't caused by your supercharger. I changed the disa on another M54 engine I had but haven't changed any of the other devices you mentioned. IAC and the MAF are both new to me. My car runs fine at the moment but it's always good to understand all the different aspects of tuning and repair. 1) So why did you sell the car? 2) what did you think of the supercharger on your 3.0? 3) would you do it again? 4) were there any unintentional consequences to performance or drivability? I did my disa on my 530i 2003 and it fixed this issue were somtimes it would through a check engine light only once in awhile and found that the disa flap was broke and i fixed it with a metal one
Have issue with bmw z3 and am getting p1500 code have change Disa, throttle body MAF and ide speed control. drive the car 30 miles and light comes back with P1500.000
