The 4 Financial Motivators (And How to Make the Most of Them):
An investment in knowledge pays the best interest is a quote often attributed to Benjamin Franklin. And whether or not it is strictly speaking true in all circumstances, there's no denying that there is truth in it. A better understanding of a subject, even if that subject is yourself, can help us to make better decisions and avoid the most costly mistakes that are within our ability to control. With that in mind let's discuss the 4 motivations behind financial decision making.

Love your videos! I think it might be really fun to see one where you test an investment strategy that is just an equal weighting of all the other strategies you've covered. See whether taking a little bit of advice from everyone pays off!

Considering I consider myself a conviction investor, I think that is closest to the Theory based approach. While I regularly use backtests and past data, exact data is often non-existent due to the complexity of my strategies. As such, I often rely on live-testing and using theoretical outcomes to assure my approach is at least logically sound.
Curious if this insinuates that theory based investors are the ones most likely to defy tradition and break the mold
