    Happy frog is my favorite I have used other soils and every single time I run into issues I have the smoothest runs with happy frog.

    I used FoxFarm Happy Frog Soil for my CBD Cannabis and they yield great plants, the problem is that it's very expensive if u want lots of plants, but i do recommended it.

    How about strawberry fields soil and hf mix for veg and flower cannabis?

    • @Kick_Rocks_
      @Kick_Rocks_ 2 года назад

      Use SF on the bottom half of your pots and a 50/50 blend of HF and OF on the top half.
      SF on the bottom because it has lots of phosphorus and you’re going to need that when your plant goes into flower.
      Manage your ph, test the run off and adjust when needed. Do the same with your ppms

      I am using it for tropical succulents. I find it holds on to water for a long time. My Holiday Cacti seem to like it ok but next time I am going to add more porosity with Orchiata bark. I think HF is too rich and stays too wet for desert cacti.

    Hey Awesome Video Bro! Thanks for the knowledge. I'm bout to start transplanting my lil babies in Happy Frog, I read ur comment not to add nutes until after 2 weeks. Will the Fox Farm Trio Nutes be ok? That the only Nutes I use. I usually grow in Ocean Forest, but I heard Gr8 Thing about happy frog and wanna give it an try. How much muted should I add in their 1st and 2nd feed in early veg?

    • @gmm465
      @gmm465 3 года назад

      I start my seedlings in jiffy peat pellets. I put them in tupperware and cover with (Reynolds) clear plastic wrap with some holes poked through to allow a little air circulation . I then toss them in the grow tent. . I lightly mist them with a spray bottle once a day . I’ve had a 99% germination rate over two years using this method .After I see the first set of true leaves I drop them into 32oz cups of happy frog . I keep most plants in the cups for 3 weeks before transplanting Into 3-7 gallon pots of strawberry fields. Just keep the microbes happy with the proper ph and sugar and they take care of the rest .:) happy growing

    I read all the time? It’s like when you go and make a loan? I have been told the interest on one loan was only 6%,,while another was 13%,,to me it has nothing to do with all the Bull shit they shoot you it’s the final product?? For me
    I don’t want to know about some Bull shit story about some ones low,,low,,low interest?? How much is the monthly payment for the same amount of time on the loan?? The same with potting soil,,,all the writing and promises these do not mean shit?? I want the personal results?? Now just about every time I compare interest rates to monthly payments,,,I go with a higher interest rate??? Why,,,it has to do with the compounding of interest??
    Now as far as the soil?? Humbolt has been doing soil for a long damn time!! Others have a line of shit they will tell you in writing,,,but at the end of the day,,,day in and day out??? Happy Frog!!It just seems too keep proving it’s self and is always the same results!! Others,,,I have purchased there products and one bag will be neck to neck with Happy Frog,,,but not even close when it comes to being consistent! The nutrients combined with the Humbolt Products are just there!!! No surprises,,no shocking results,,just same old frog. To me when you dig in the same old gold mine,,,,you expect gold,,same as the Terra at Humbolt!! It is what it is. It is the same dirt mixture and made into the happy frog soil. Now I will use some Fox ocean in with the frog and like this too. But the frog and the Fox are just the same. I don’t know how many other terras other soil companies dig from,,but Humbolt owns a shit load of land same place same soil…God Bless,,,hope this makes since for every one. Oh yea,,Teresa is the soil dirt or so on with the location of the dirt or soil. It just makes simple minded solutions??
