I made a 2.4 hog cycle deck. I don't know why, but I can stop giant golem pushes, balloon prince pushes, lavaloon (even though I don't see too many), and all I have to defend is an inferno tower, ice golem, mirror, ice spirit, skeletons, zap, and tornado for back up. It's funny when people send in their lava hound and balloon with their baby dragon, I tornado the balloon and dragon away so my inferno can kill the hound, then I zap the hound right before the hound pops, so my tower and inferno can kill the pups with ease. My inferno tower then kills the balloon, while I kite the baby dragon to the other lane with an ice golem and let my arena towers do the rest.

For example, if my opponent sends in a miner, I use my skeletons to surround and fully shut down the miner, but then my opponent might send in a prince with a dark prince or something, so I would first plant the mirrored skeletons to counter the prince as I tornado the dark prince away, in a game situation, there would be other cards to so a hog rider could be good to kite the prince with as well. On top of that, my opponent could zap so in that case, I would have to ice spirit the prince. Hey molt if you want a really fun and interesting deck try this. Battle ram, pekka, dart goblin, skeletons, log, lightning, baby dragon and fire spirits. This is my main deck, I find it great and I never get bored of it. There is a bit of a learning curve but once you get used to it, it can be heaps of fun.
Thunder Thys the ice wiz is more of a defensive card than a kill card. If u would like to use him take a meta deck(lava loon hog rider royal giant or some other deck) and use him in those decks
