I think that was when he had a special training camp, I remember seeing something about it, like they were re-working BJ "from the ground up" I mean he was doing exercises to strengthen his ankles he was jumping out of the pool onto the side from 3 feet deep. That type of conditioning plus his natural talent made BJ incredible. Too bad I don't think he could sustain that lifestyle, I think he's one of those guys who gets in his own way. But that one time, when he was firing on all cylinders, it was amazing to watch. I wish someone would make a "where are they now" about him.

Stipe needs to prepare for wrestling because that's what DC is going to do. I believe it will be easier for DC to modify his defense, than Stipe improving his wrestling in few months at DC's level. Because of that I'm in favor of DC. However, this fight can really go either way.

I'll never forget that staredown between Cruz and faber at the end of their trilogy. Faber was pissssssed yet had no choice but to mutually respect Dominick. Side note, every time I go back and watch Cruz, im amazed at how sick that guy was. Ahead of the curve

Everyone who steps into that Octagon I respect win or lose. I remember the BJ Penn/Matt Hughes trilogy. Legendary. They both gave it their all and left it all on the Octagon, and no leaving it up to the judges. These are all legendary trilogies. Thank you UFC.
