Hello Mr. Hossain, I think i can answer your question. In china, we sometimes make manual unscrewing mould if the production quantity is small. Manual Unscrewing mould is cheaper than unscrewing mould, that is definately. But for the big amount production, manpower cost will be higher than the mould difference especially in some developing and developed countries.
Your second answer is yes. That is the situation of sharing the mould base and just change the mould inserts. 😀 review my profile and know more about the case.
