    At the beginning of the video, we analyzed the threaded plastic parts. Plastic parts are tapered threaded connectors. There are no other complex structures.
    The automatic unscrew thread mechanism of this set of injection mold is composed of oil cylinder, rack and gear.The rack is connected to the hydraulic cylinder. The rack drives a large gear, and the large gear drives two small gears.The pinion gear spins out of the plastic part. Because this injection mold has only two cavities, the gear set is relatively simple.
    The novelty of this mold mechanism is the push plate ejection mechanism.The driving device is a pull rod with slopes on both sides of the mold. The tie rod is synchronously controlled by the hydraulic cylinder. The calculation of the stroke and slope of the tie rod is critical.
