Next time just ask your lender if locking your rate is an option .my rate was high 5 something when i was first approved but im doing a conventional now I hear it's a 6 I locked it back in March house is suppose to be done in Dec but I don't think so

We are both officers, I am in the Navy and he is in the Army. We recently bought our first home in Aug this year and it was stressful!
