Your crawl space would convert into a beautiful home theater if you’re in to that sort of thing. I gave up some square footage in my man cave to convert a room into a 10x12 dedicated theater. Man on man though that crawl space would have me drooling. Again super happy for you my brother. What a great home!

Everything was overpriced and when we found a house we liked you basically had 4-5 hrs to put your offer in well above asking price if you wanted a chance. We decided to build and it has been fantastic tbh. We sold our house post Covid price in a single day and the builder is building our dream home pre Covid pricing. The builder purchased enough material to build 60 houses before Covid and extended that pricing to us. God is good my friend. Ended up with 5 bedroom 6 bath 3 car garage house. Full walkout basement with a dedicated theater and wet bar. We are beyond happy on how things are working out.

Unfortunately, they may not always inform you of these options to make quick sales. If you have any questions about the current plan you're looking at, feel free to ask me here. I know the plan like the back of my hand, and I'll happily answer anything you want. Overall, it's a great builder, but it's always important to stay on top of everything because sometimes things can be overlooked.
@@Mrgoharder91 yeah we sold ours for 80K more than we bought it for we went to Texas with a 1.5M budget by the time we ended up selling the house and stuff the house went up 300,000 & then another 230,000 for the lot premium! That didn't include upgrades we would have been well over 2.1M it didn't make since plus we didn't know about the property tax so the 8 to 9 thousand a month mortgage we budgeted for would have been around 13 with property tax
Simi-custom built, so there's not much that comes standard so had to upgrade a lot. It was worth every penny. Everything you see in the video doesn't come standard like that.
I wish that was the price for my home. But that was upgrades that racked up to $300k plus. Based priced was $570k then lake view lot premium was 100k. I appreciate it man. It came together well. Had to tighten up on builder a few times but well worth it now that we are in and settled. Blessings to you and yours💪🏾💯
