Can you please make a short and go over defense coach adjustment settings? Flats, curls, etc
I talk about these settings in many many videos on the channel. I show my zone drops a lot. I'd just head back and watch literally any other defensive video.

What coverage you run normally ? And sometimes you should switch them to adjust what your opponent is doing! Like I run Tampa 2 and flats 25 or 20 then curl 5 and then hook 10 to 5 depending where I'm at on the field hope it helps. Cover 3 then 5 Flats 20 curls and 10 hook and the cover 3 is the dark purple. The lighter purple one you should run on match and I usually put hooks 10 to 15.

Dime rush and dime normal flip without moving players. Cover 6 and cover 9 arent the same u cant just flip it cover 6 plays palms cover 9 plays quarters
Cover 6 doesnt play palms it jus a certain check vs trips vs 2x2 they play the same

Zan in your opinion is there a way to setup a hybrid coverage where some players can be in man coverage and others set in zone coverage?
Absolutely. My favorite bunch defense involves match or zone drops + Manning up a specific player.
It's a great way to play zone but neutralize a player individually within zone. Similar to a box and one or triangle and 2 in basketball.
I try to cross man out of a cover 4 which has been pretty effective for me
@@buildingbread the coverage i would set is similar to what Nick Saban used at Alabama, where some of his coverage has zone and others used man coverage
@@tommybrackett400how would you go about doing that who’s manned and who’s in zone if you don’t mind explaining
@@TwistedRevan some corners would be in zones, and Linebackers could be manned up but if they are subbed in for the safeties. Or flip it some corners manned and others in zones with a linebacker in zone and another in man.
Do you ever do write ups on gridirion gameplans
Write up summaries next to each video. Too long a history of people stealing content and copy and pasting it. I'd recommend taking notes as you go. Easier to commit to memory.
