scratching my head on the finishing lat of the EP your starting lat was 46drg 23min .40 . the ending lat was 46 dgr, 23 min, .90. Am I doing this wrong? My EP finish lat was46 dgr, 26, .8. the longs were very close.

    Well explained thx alot Captain.
But i have a question regarding to the voyage plan, now the course which connects between 2 way points is always called (Water Tarck / Course through Water) or it can be also called (GT / COG). I am talking about normal line content 2 way points on chart.
    Thx in Advance.
    Best regards.

Is set and rate the same with set and drift where set is the direction of the wave while drift is the speed of the wave?

Yes, it is, the "rate" and the "drift" are just like the "speed" of own vessel and the "distance" we have traveled for one hour. For example: the speed of vessel is 9 knots meaning the distance we travel will be 9 N.m in one hour. The set is the direction of flow in degree T and if the rate of tide is 3 knots then the drift will be 3 N.m "in one hour ofcourse"
