Thank you! I needed this! Honestly, this part wouldn't be so difficult if the monster didn't start teleporting around if you start randomly going through rooms without finding a memory after a while.
I honestly don't know how the movment of the monster is determant, but seems annoying.
Oh my fuck, thank you. Really should’ve had it where you keep previously collected photos even if you die. Having to do them all in one go was frustrating

This is easily the worst part of a game that already isn't great. You move so excruciatingly slowly, it's hard to keep track of where you're going because it's dark and everything looks the same, and the monster will just randomly appear in front of you. I know the images flcikering on the phone are supposed to guide you, but they barely help at all. Thanks for the guide, this was giving me a headache.
There is nothing I can ad, except that for me the 1st person was the worst part. I know fixed camera games are over, but I really like those more.
This was annoying as hell. Too much was happening. I had no clue you had to find photos because of the fact the other sequences were like Shattered Memories & Downpour (i.e. run until you find the end point).
And being chased & the lack of map & POV made this unnecessarily challenging.
It took me a while too, to get the whole picture point

@@ragegartl I agree. The solution that you have to collect multiple memories becomes pretty clear, but the labyrinth of rooms and hallways and Sakura Head teleporting make it so frustrating.

I got there on around the third attempt after writing the above.
Horror games shouldn’t kill the player so much. I got killed by that thing so many times that all the tension the game tried to build just crumbled. I didn’t care anymore. That’s not good horror game design, totally unnecessary chapter.
That is a good point, but for me personaly there never was any tension in this "game"
The atmosphere was good the first hour. The notes and trying to figure what was going on was interesting, chapter 3 just killed all that for me. I wrote that message when I was pissed, thanks for the guide. Funny enough, I had a run after watching your video and I found everything just by chance

Same. After the 5th death I started repeated the dialogue for the photos sarcastically. I knew the whole layout and instead of the cherry blossom monster scaring me, it annoyed me.
Lost immersion completely and was cursing this game.
tysm this was much more helpful than the other videos with no talking that showed where the pictures are, because you used the “don’t run” door as a reference point which helped it make more sense

This is ridiculous! I gotta find 5 clues in a maze-like area that is poorly lit while having no map all while being chased by a monster who is pretty fast and I’m pretty sure can teleport (either that or I’m just going around in circles). I don’t mean to be a complainer but come on… Give us a map or at least be able to retain the clues that you’ve already found. I’ll give it some more tries because the classic gamer within me would never watch walkthroughs while playing the older ones but I just might have to watch this if all else fails. Ok, I’m done ranting. Thanks for the post regardless.
Update: ….and I did it (right after I wrote that comment too 🤦♂️). Just run until you find a clue, if you see that you keep going in the same numbered door then switch your direction. Go to any door if the monster gets too close. It seems to slow it down or watch this video if you don’t wanna do it blindly like I did 😂

For me it was 3 & 4 (in my vid), I thought te where the same, for some reason. Took me a while to realise.
Best part is when you open a door and the monster is right behind it, so you fail and have to do it all again!

I can't figure out what to do after picking up the first 2 pictures. I am following the video as close as I can. I feel like I am going to same way, but end up in a different room. Even using guides been trying this for a few hours a day for a few days and still can't do it.
Can you make it do the "Don't Run" door, where the screnn get's all blurry?
You can also turn around after pic number 2 and go through the apartment and the door where the monster first starts. If you go straight after that door you end up next to the "Don't Run" door and can yous the guide frome there.

The game finally got me invested and then this section happened and ruined the whole thing for me and completely lost all horror when i see the monster and just get mad at it. It was just anger. Like I said, I saw the last chain come off on my phone, and when I got to the door, there was no action button to open the door.
@@DruGunnersVR the door should open we you take out the phone for the last time and the door is open when you get there.

The last chain is very small, I once thought I hat all the pics because i didn't see the last tiny chain on the phone.

@ragegartl I like the concept of the game and have kind of a good story, but the maze is really challenging, and that's really the only challenge of the game. But it's a free game so no one should expect much
